Breathe | Youth Arts Program

Breathe Youth Arts Program

Breathe provides free fall, spring, and summer arts sessions for grades 5-12 in Madisonville, Kentucky. Breathe Youth Arts Program is a community-based, youth development program of Light of Chance that is geared toward fostering artistic expression, leadership and social skills through visual arts, music, dance and creative writing.

While no artistic talent is necessary, Breathe successfully cultivates creativity for our students, while providing a positive environment and outlet for youth to express themselves, engage in important issues, and experience personal and social transformation through the arts. The program provides a constructive, creative outlet which encourages cooperation and teamwork. It teaches artistic and social skills while providing a setting where youth are valued and celebrated.
