In November of 2005, an overwhelming void in our community was brought to the attention of Eric C. Logan. Quite simply, the community needed more positive and influential people. This resonated with Eric and motivated him to organize like-minded individuals to reach out and meet the needs of the community. From this realization of community engagement, grew Light of Chance, Inc.
